Our Story

Like most people, COVID-19 changed the way we shopped and forced us to reevaluate how we were able to purchase our favorite things and still be safe. Not only did we utilize door-to-door shipping and delivery services ourselves, but we personally hand-delivered A LOT of products when a city-mandated shutdown forced us to temporarily close our doors.

All of this convenience got us thinking… “What if we could continue to make buying shampoo and conditioner a little bit easier? What if we could ship it on a schedule, so it’s one less thing to worry about…?”

We are Kim & Alicia. We are best friends turned business partners. Two years ago, we opened CARTER | MILLER, a boutique salon in Little Rock, AR.

We both bring some serious years of styling experience and product knowledge to the table. (Ha!)

Not only has Kim been a stylist for 18 years, but early in her career, she earned an apprenticeship in Manhattan, working on major color company advertising campaigns and top production modeling assignments for hair. In 2006, she returned to Little Rock to grow her business.

Alicia has been a stylist for 16 years. She began her career in Little Rock and fell in love with Davines very early on at a salon that had just started carrying the line. She was presented with an opportunity to learn more about the company and eventually began regionally training on the products. She became smitten with everything Davines represents and for the last 13 years has split her time behind the chair at the salon and traveling North America (and the globe) teaching as an International Master Trainer and Guest Artist with Davines.

Our passion is serving our community. We are excited to share with you, our neighbors and friends, another way to receive our favorite products (and hopefully yours) that will make your daily life just a little bit easier. Thanks for stopping by to visit us! It makes us so HAPPY!
